Brett Taylor
CEO, Co-founder
Brett Taylor is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of The Go
To Group. Brett has a wealth of Configuration Engineering experience
especially within Perforce, Atlassian JIRA, and Software Production
Line Automation. With over 10 years of technology experience in
global mobile telephony, software development, and configuration
engineering corporations, Brett is suitable to helping clients with
the most complex environments and challenges to enhance their SPLA
systems and processes.
Brett has a BS in Engineering and an MS in Computer Science.
Doug Bass
Director of Operations
Doug Bass is the Director of Operations and Product Development.
Doug's considerable experience in software architecture, design,
programming, and project management has helped guide Go2Group's
innovative services and solutions. Doug has previously worked with
the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center and within the commercial,
banking, military and pharmaceutical industries. His accomplishments
include implementing the first military-spec relational database,
and designing and managing database applications for GE, Motorola,
AT&T, and Pfizer.
Doug is a certified Perforce Consulting Partner and is well-known as
a JIRA consulting expert, possessing extensive experience utilizing
best-practice tools and techniques in configuration management,
issue tracking, and workflow automation. Doug is the architect of
the Go2Group CRM Plugin and is a key contributor defining the CRM
Plugin's product roadmap.
Doug possesses a background in CMM/SEI Level 5 software development,
and earned his BSEE from the University of Tennessee and his MS in
Information Architecture from Capitol College in Laurel, MD.
Randy DeFauw
Director of IT Services
As Director of IT Services, Randy DeFauw brings over 8 years of IT
engineering and consulting experience in the defense, health care,
and government industries. Randy began his professional engineering
career in 1998 in the Advanced Technologies Group of BAE Systems
North America. He joined Xifin, Inc., in 2000, and helped lead the
effort to use best-of-breed software development practices. In 2002,
Randy rejoined BAE Systems North America to participate in a
multi-year development effort that culminated in the installation of
an advanced image archive system.
Randy is the architect of the Go2Group JaM Plugin and is a key
contributor in defining the JaM Plugin's product roadmap.
Randy earned a bachelor's and master's degree in electrical
engineering from the University of Michigan.
Board of Directors
Theresa Grande-Rosen
Theresa has over twenty years of experience managing and
operating small businesses. Theresa is the majority owner of
Go2Group. She has the determination to swim the Chesapeake Bay
Bridge Swim - a 4.4 mile swim across Maryland's Chesapeake Bay - and
she brings that commitment and direction in establishing Go2Group as
a leader in the SPLA industry.
Theresa is the majority owner of
Go2Group and is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University.
Ed Curran
Ed's 20 years of experience in telecommunications, IT engineering
and business related operations has helped guide Go2Group's market
strategy. Ed began his telecommunications career in 1988 in the
Cellular Infrastructure Group of Motorola. He later held positions
of increasing responsibility within engineering, operations, sales,
market development, and business development, including overseas
assignments in Hong Kong and Singapore. In 2000, Ed joined Verizon
Wireless as the Executive Director of Network Purchasing where he
and his team governed over $5B in annual spend.
Ed earned a bachelor's degree in
electrical engineering from the College of New Jersey and a master's
degree in business administration from the University of Hull.
