If you would like product and pricing information, order status information or other assistance with an order you have

Returns and Refunds
Go2Group does not offer refunds. Go2Group allows its customers to evaluate Go2Group's Products for a period of 30-days (and beyond where necessary),
which allows our customers to determine whether Go2Group's Products will work within their environment. If you have any questions prior to purchasing
a Go2Group Product, please
contact us.
Proof of Purchase
Go2Group will send you a confirmation of your order to the email
address provided with your order. This confirmation will be
separate from any credit card and/or PayPal confirmation.
Payment Methods
PayPal - You may pay by PayPal when
ordering over the Internet. Orders placed via PayPal occur on
PayPal's website. You are subject to PayPal's
Purchase,
Privacy and Security,
Protection and
Resolution policies.
Order Processing
Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin payment processing the next business day.
License keys will normally be available to the email address
provided in the order no later than 24 hours from time of purchase,
excluding weekends or holidays.
Go2Group Software Licenses
Your use of Go2Group-branded software is on the terms of the license in effect for the software at the time of purchase. You will be asked to agree to the terms of the applicable license at the time that you install the software. Be certain to read the applicable license carefully before you install the software.
