Moving to Atlassian JIRA to Manage Rapid Growth
Overview
A Go2Group Clent used Bugzilla for several years to track their software defects. However, in order to effectively manage their resources and respond to rapid growth, the Client needed an enterprise issue-tracking tool to model and manage their entire application release lifecycle.
JIRA, with its robust issue tracking, configurable workflows, security coverage, easy administration, and comprehensive back up and recovery features, was the right tool to manage their application releases, from the planning stage to individual defects. JIRA's advanced security features would also help manage customer feedback more effectively.
