Connect with Go2Group!
We've been trying to add additional ways for our customers and clients to connect with us. You may have seen the recent news that we opened Go2Group Chat - a fast way for you to contact us online. This seems to be a big hit with folks that are visiting the Go2Group website and need a question answered quickly.
This is in addition to a few other ways you can communicate with us:
Well, we're adding another way for you to chat with us. A few months back, Atlassian introduced Confluence 3.0, which provided a lot of new functionality and social features that are now being used within the enterprise. One of these is an internal Twitter-like feature that makes it super easy to keep up with like-minded folks. Since we're using Confluence 3.0 on the Go2Group Support Site, we're using this feature to connect with our customers, clients, and partners.
Here's how you can connect with us (and other customers/clients/partners!):
Visit the Go2Group Support Site.
Click the Sign Up link

Fill in the requested information

Once you click the Signup button, you'll be taken to the Go2Group Website

Navigate back to the Go2Group Support Site by entering the following URL into your browser window:
support.Go2Group.com
At this point, you should now see your user name in the top-right hand corner of the Go2Group Support Site

From here, you can update your profile, and create a personal space to share your thoughts and ideas with the Go2Group team and fellow site users.
To start following folks, click on the People Directory link

If you know the name of someone you'd like to follow, you can search for them directly.

Or, poke around the directory and find other folks.
