The Go2Group CRM Plugin provides tighter collaboration between support teams and sales teams. The CRM Plugin displays customer data in a JIRA ticket and JIRA issues in a Salesforce or SugarCRM screen, sharing timely knowledge between two otherwise disparate teams.

Typical Usage

The example provides an interaction between three different groups, showing how the CRM Plugin can be used to keep everyone in sync even while using their same systems.

  • Customer logs a product request using a salesforce.com case
  • Support team receives Customer request, and begins reviewing the case
  • The Support team realizes it needs to raise an issue with the Development team
  • The Support team clicks the “Create JIRA Issue” button in salesforce.com
  • The case is then replicated to a JIRA issue, where the Development team begins its work
  • The Development and Support teams begin collaborating on the case / issue
  • The Development team solves the issue, and marks it as resolved in JIRA
  • The Support team is notified that the Case has been closed and begins working with the customer to resolve their request

 

License Fees

  • $2,000.00 per license (US Dollars)
  • A license is considered a “site” license for one (1) instance of Atlassian JIRA
  • License fee includes 12 Months Go2Group Maintenance & Support
  • Go2Group Maintenance includes access to all updates and upgrades during the 12 month maintenance period
  • Go2Group Support includes access to all available support options during the 12 month maintenance period

A: Unfortunately, the free edition of Go2Group CRM Plugin is no longer available. Please consider the paid edition instead.
 
Q: What do I need to install on Salesforce?
A: Nothing is required to install on Salesforce. It is common for users to create custom buttons to link / sync Cases to JIRA or to list issues linked to a Salesforce record. If you plan to create custom fields on Case objects to display data from linked JIRA issues, you’ll need to link those fields to JIRA as well.
