
Doug Bass
Doug Bass is a certified Atlassian consultant and trainer and a certified ScrumMaster. He is an experienced systems architect with experience in distributed application design, database architecture, network design, and project management.Author of the first relational database for military applications in the UK and the first java-internet based chat application, Doug teaches classes in object-oriented design. He holds a Masters Degree in Information Architecture. He is a consulting partner for Atlassian’s product suite, and architect of several of Go2Group’s products including the CRM Plugin (JIRA and Salesforce integration), JIRA/Perforce plugin, and ConnectALL (a multi-application synchronization solution).Doug contributes his free time to the United States Power Squadron where he teaches classes on safe boating.

Mike Maheu
Mike Maheu has been coding for 16 years. He has extensive background in Java, and has been evangelizing clean code and best practices since the early 2000s. His first speaking engagement was at JASIG in 2001, where he spoke about the MVC design pattern. Recently Mike presented with Atlassian at the Getting Git Right events, and taught classes at the Atlassian Summit.Mike is passionate about good software development practices and helps companies improve their Agile development tools, methodologies, and workflow.

Maritess Cruz Sobejana
Maritess helps Go2Group to get its product innovations to those who need them most. She is also the Managing Director of Go2Group’s subsidiary in Hong Kong, Go2Group Asia Limited. Maritess has extensive experience in business management, and software and product development. Her primary focus was on quality engineering and management. She recently served as the principal research analyst of IT at research and advisory firm, Gartner.
Maritess was a director of business quality and project management for Philips Electronics in Hong Kong and Singapore. She also led business process improvement initiatives using Designs For Six Sigma (DFSS)

Jobin Kuruvilla
Jobin Kuruvilla is an experienced Atlassian product expert and plugin developer. He started working on JIRA when it was still in its early years (pre-JIRA 4). Author of the groundbreaking JIRA Development Cookbook, a comprehensive book on JIRA plugin development, Jobin is active in numerous JIRA user communities, including the JIRA Atlassian Answers forum. He runs J-Tricks, a very popular blog for that focuses on JIRA tricks and tips. Jobin is a JIRA upgrade expert and co-author of Go2Group‘s JIRA Upgrade Handbook. He has worked on Go2Group’s integration solutions, including ConnectAll. Outside the office, Jobin enjoys sports, especially soccer, and is addicted to movies and social networking sites.

Muralidharan Natarajan
Muralidharan Natarajan is an experienced JIRA developer and consultant. He has been working with JIRA since version 3.12 and has more than 10 years of experience in the software industry, working in various Java products and projects. Murali has done many JIRA upgrades and customizations while working for Go2Group, servicing its customers around the globe. Murali manages the Go2Group India Team operations.Outside the office, Murali loves Cricket and spends leisure time reading books. Authors like Dan Brown, Kalki, and Vairamuthu are some of his favorites.

Sandip Patel
Sandip Patel is Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Go2Group. He partners with the Go2Groups Product and Services leadership globally to deliver profitable growth, manage business performance, enable new business models, and accelerate global sales processes. He also manages strategic partnerships with Atlassian and other valued partners.
Sandip joined Go2Group in July 2015 and brings more than 15 years in global sales and leadership experience spanning enterprise, financial and retail industries. Previously, he was vice president of Sales at QMetry, a product of InfoStretch, where he was responsible for sales, marketing, services and support formore than eight years.

Lance Knight
Lance Knight started work as a farmhand for a local farm in upstate New York, where he learned about the value of hard work. Leaving college, Knight held entry-level sales jobs in various industries before starting work in manufacturing as an IT manager. Using this real-world mix of sales and information technology, Knight grew his career to executive-level and upper-level management.
The future is never assured, but as Peter Drucker once said, “The best way to predict the future is to create it.”
Throughout his career, Knight contributed to the creation of successful futures for several companies by providing senior-level leadership for a broad range of products over six continents.
Knight has held SVP and VP roles at LeadingAgile, Tasktop Technologies, and Accept Software, specializing in field operations, sales development, and customer success. He is the author of books and white papers on leadership, software development, and software sales.
In his free time, Knight volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America, teaching leadership concepts to youth and adult volunteers.
